I called Precision to get an estimate on a garage door repair. That very same day Damon came out to give me an estimate on the repairs. He was extremely polite, professional, honest, and knowledgeable and he even showed me how to re-program my door openers. I work for a large corporate company and I know what great customer service is when I see it, and this young man is a prime example of just that! Great company and even better employees! Highly recommended!
