I chose Precision Garage Door due to their high ratings for customer service, professionalism, quality of products they install as well as the knowledgeable technicians who represent this company. To date, Precision has very much lived up to the many positive ratings available to all on the world-wide web. I haven't had any issues with the door initially purchased; I upgraded per my preference and only placed one service call to replace the bottom seal, which scheduling the appointment was very easy, I actually called on a Saturday late day (fully expecting to have to await a call back by someone overseas), and to my surprise, I was connected to a live person (in the USA) who correctly documented the reason for my outreach and she was able to schedule the requested service with the same technician Timothy "K." who originally installed and upgraded my garage door. Timothy was a little bit early, which was great, I received a text and e-mail message advising that he was on his way which also provided an estimated arrival time - he was here right at the identified time. I am most satisfied with Precision Garage Door, and I highly recommend this company to all looking for a reputable, customer-focused organization. Thank you.

I called for an appointment on Monday, and they were able to schedule me the next day. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. I had called Precision on one other occasion and was pleased with their work, so when my garage door opener started acting up, I contacted Precision. The technician was on time, professional and friendly. My 16 year old garage door opener couldn't be fixed, he had a new one on the truck and had it installed in about an hour and 1/2. Then he familiarized me with the new door and helped me program the keypad and the remote button in my car. Everything was cleaned up nicely. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the new opener is so much quieter than what I had! Thank you Precision.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable as well. I had a unique issue with the door panels. Tom came out quickly to assess the issue and within several weeks (which was earlier than what was expected), the replacement panels were installed. I have no complaints, it has been an excellent experience thus far.

I came home from work, closed the garage door and shortly thereafter heard a loud noise. After some investigation, I realized that the garage door would not open. It was late, so I waited until morning to call. The girl was very nice, I explained the problem and she said that they could have someone out between 9 am and MIDNIGHT. I said what about the 4 hour guarantee? I must have picked a busy day because the best she could do was between 9 am and 4 pm. As I was unable to get out of the garage, I was anxious to have the door repaired and agreed. The technicians got to the house around 2:45 pm and were very professional. They explained what had happened and what was necessary to repair the problem. After I gave the go ahead, they got right to work and I once again had a functioning garage door in about an hour. They also lubricated the other garage door without my even asking. Both men were polite and courteous and very professional. I will definitely call Precision again if I have another garage door dilemma!

I will highly recommend Precision. They dispatched Technician Timothy K. to help with an issue with a damaged door off the track. If you can request a tech, please ask for Timothy. Timothy was extremely professional, and helped with my issue. I ended deciding to purchase new door. Their pricing is always fair, and they prompt and professional with their service.
