I was extremely pleased with the ease of appointment times (6:30am) so that I could get to work on time and the 2 technicians who finally installed the door were very professional, hardworking guys and I appreciated that they were very meticulous about cleaning up when they were done and that the garage door installation was perfect. If I had one complaint it would be that the garage door took a little long to order but that really was not (thankfully) a major inconvenience.

Tim arrived during the promised time frame. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the proper springs on his truck, and went to work replacing the spring. He took extra time to verify the door was working correctly and gave a little TLC to my other door which was not broke but needed some oil to quiet a squeak. His service was perfect and timely. Highly recommended.

I called Precision late afternoon to get an estimate on the repair needed to my garage door. The girl that I spoke with on the phone was awesome! She made sure that my needs were met and followed up with me right away. You talk about quick and efficient! They had a technician out here the next morning!!! Tim was both professional and friendly, and provided excellent customer service. You can bet that all of my future garage door needs will be done by the folks at Precision and I will be sure to recommend them as well.

Thanks, Chris for coming out on a Sunday to complete are repairs to our garage door. We came home after going to the grocery store that day to find that a spring broke on our garage door. i used coupon in flier i got in the mail . George came the day i called and we talked for awhile and decided to put in a new opener and George was honest to tell us we didn't need a new door he could just put new parts on our old door which saved a lot of money .he was very friendly and finish the job in a few hours very nice guy .someone broke in our house the following week and i called and asked for George to come back and change my codes.he did and showed me how to also.i would tell anyone to call precision for any garage door repairs or even a new door. great job George thank you so much .
