Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.

The whole experience from making the appointment to job completion was unbelievably easy, quick, seamless and very professional. The appointment was made online about 8:00 AM and the appointment was confirmed, a chat with customer service about special directions for the location, a message and email received when the technician was on his way and the job was completed all by 12:30 PM. All this on a Saturday morning!!! Reece Cramer, the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately inspected the situation to identify the problem, went over my options with me, provided me what the various cost would be and then went to work changing the springs on the double garage door. He checked the motor and all the adjustments and verified that the door was working properly before he cleaned everything up and let me know that the repair was completed. I would surely recommend the Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and family, or anyone in need of their services.

Your technician for my service appointment was excellent. He worked quickly and was an absolute expert on everything relating to garage doors. The previous very noisy garage doors no longer are noisy and they move up and down with little or no sound at all.

The installer Kasey was very nice and efficient. However leading up to his arrival was not a good experience from what I thought was a reputable company. My initial email said he would arrive between 9 and 11 am. 11 rolled around and nothing. Called the #given and pretty much got a run around. Waited 1 more hour and called again with the same results. I would of thought customer service should of been alot better. I understand things happen but I feel I should of been notified about any changes and not have a snooty person on the other end give me no answers.

We did our best to try to rearrange the schedule so that we did not have to cancel your installation and reschedule it to a different day. We are sorry that we did not make you aware of the change to your arrival time, as that was an error on our part that was overlooked with the confusion and urgency of trying to make several schedule changes. We do apologize and we are glad to hear that your door was able to be installed on the day it was scheduled. We hope you enjoy your new door for many years to come.

George Ramey performed an inspection of our garage door, which was performing inconsistently. George arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of the door and opener, which were about 30 years old. He made several recommendations and did a wonderful job explaining our options, including replacing the door and opener. We look forward to receiving the estimate. Excellent overall job!

Timothy the service technician was professional, courteous and resolved my garage door issue. I was not aware that the Precision garage door motor had a life time warranty. When Timothy said that there would be no charge for the new motor that Precision installed many years ago. It made what started out to be a bad day A GREAT DAY.

Service Tech Damon did a phenomenal job of identifying the real issue with shuddering of the Garage Door. Weather seals were on the sides of the door were sticking causing one side of the door to go up before the other. He identified that was the cause and fixed it by spraying the lube. A day later the door no longer makes noise and it goes up smoothly. Big thumbs up for Damon on his expertise.

Randy was the tech that worked on my garage door. He explained all the issues he saw after his inspection. He then went about fixing all the issues. He showed me all the replacement parts he was going to use and how they were higher quality than the ones I originally had on the door. He worked quickly and efficiently. We have used Precision over the years I find the workmanship of the products to be superior and the technicians are very knowledgeable and they are willing to explain the mechanics so I can understand how the components work. If something should break, I will know how to explain what the issue is. And for something as simple as a battery change, I now know how to access the keypad outside and the handheld button device to change a battery myself and possibly avoid a service call. The technician did check the bolts in the hinges and changed out a few of them and also went over all items to see if anything else was out of whack. I am very impressed with Precision. Cori Merkel is an awesome technician.
