Precision came to my home on a Sunday to repair and replace a broken spring, they were prompt and there at the time given. The repair was made and to my amazement there were no charge, as my doors were still under warranty, there was no charge, not even for the call.

I was hoping to get a new garage door opener installed today. Due to my mistake and not looking where it was getting installed they were un able to perform the service. The repair person was professional and explained everything to me. He did not get upset based on my mistake. We ended up replacing the keypad for now until we look at a new door and a place for the opener. Thank you Precision, I will use you in the future and recommend you to my friends.

Just had my garage door opener repaired and I'm extremely satisfied. The technician diagnosed the problem right away, ordered some parts, and came back in a couple days to install the parts. We had a number of concerns that were eventually addressed by two different service men. Marcus and Tim K were great. They were patient, persistent and very thorough and knowledgeable. They were also very respectful and kind. Ultimately, they calibrated our remotes, the keypad, and circuit board to prevent the "cross-frequency" problem with our neighbor that made the garage door go up and down from THEIR remotes, and we haven't had a problem since! Marcus and Tim are great ambassadors for the business, and you have my recommendation for their repair work all the time! On a 1-5 scale; those guys top it off at a perfect 10!! Thanks for the professional and personable service men.

The entire experience, from calling for an estimate to getting the new garage door installed, was great. Precision was able to work with my schedule so it was convenient for me.
