We had a failing garage door spring and contacted Precision online on a Sunday to hopefully schedule a service call later that week. To my surprise, they called back that day and we got scheduled. We had George Ramey come out to check the spring and he ended up replacing two springs in well under an hour. He was informative and friendly, and performed the repairs in a quick and professional manner. Our first experience with this company was a pleasure and they will be our go-to for future needs.

Chuck was on time diagnosed the problem with in minutes. Broken spring, got the door open, helped with getting the car outside ( dead battery) completed the job. On completion informed us that the spring was under warranty no charge. Thanks Chuck

Had 2 garage door springs replaced, 1 broke and both were about 17 yrs. old, so replaced both. Damon arrived early and started to replace the springs and hardware; he seemed very knowledgeable and respectful. He wrote up the estimate and did not force me into any other products. Easy to schedule a service visit. Quick response to my problem. Arrived at the scheduled time. Immediately diagnosed and repaired the malfunctioning garage door opener. Also performed a safety check of the garage door system and made minor adjustments at no additional cost. Highly recommend.

My garage doors came off the tracks. Precision was here the very next day by 9AM. Problem was fixed within a half hour for a very reasonable price! I have two teenage drivers, so I will be keeping their business card handy!!

We used Precision when we had an emergency and needed our garage door springs replaced. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. So it was a no-brainer when we had some issues now with the door not closing that we would call them again. Cori was awesome. She fixed the problem, explained everything she did to me clearly and gave me tips to extend the life of the door and the opener.
