I CALLED PRECISION ON SUNDAY AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW QUICKLY A TECHNICIAN ARRIVED. MY TECHNICIAN, CHRIS, WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS NEEDED TO REPAIR MY DOOR OPENER AND HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. CHRIS ALLOWED ME TO OBSERVE AS HE EFFICIENTLY COMPLETED THE PROCEDURE.
