I needed a garage door torsion spring replaced in the home that my wife and I purchased in July. I contacted Precision and scheduled an appointment, which they were very accommodating. The woman that scheduled the appointment was very friendly and covered everything that I needed. The day prior to I was sent an email with the technician's name and bio so I know who to expect at my home(nice touch). Our technician (Bill Jack) called before hand to let us know he would be there in 20-30 minutes. Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He really took the time to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable with the costs associated with the repair and that we understood what he was doing at any time. After our torsion springs were replaced Bill found that the motor was bad in our garage door opener. Bill provided us with a few options their, we ended up replacing the unit. Although it was an unexpected expensive cost we are very pleased with the new unit. Bill did a great job with the repair, replace, and education on maintaining the product in the future. I am beyond pleased with this experience. I would most definitely refer Precision to friends and family and certainly use them a future needs. Thank you!!!
