One of the very best customer service and overall service experiences I have ever had. Cameron was excellent in assisting me with my initial call for service. He was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk with. Damon was fantastic as well for the entire service call/equipment check, as well as the installation and setup of the new opener. Overall, I don't remember ever having such a thorough, solid experience in this type of situation from start to finish. Even the follow up text and email notifications were spot on, and the thank you email from Dan the owner was just plain nice. I fully recommend Precision Garage Door Service, I wish everyone was as polite and professional as these guys are!

I discovered Precision by a local ad called the "clipper". Gave them a call and got scheduled promptly. On the day of service, Reece did a great job of communicating arrival times and what to expect throughout the process of the repair of my belt driven garage door opener. He arrived within the arrival window and got to work quickly. He diagnosed the problem I had, repaired it, and gave me suggestions for future problems if and when they arise. I will only call Precision in the future. Thank u so much Reece!

We had a spring snap on our larger garage door. Conner came out (On a Sunday) and was terrific! In addition to replacing the spring, he checked both doors for other issues. The work was completed quickly, and all is back to normal! THANKS!!

I received a service call in less than 24 hours after I phoned for a problem with the outside pad. Conner arrived within the time stated, gave a thorough check of the pad and door, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Cori arrived at lunch time the same day I called for repair! Original time was 4-6 window but she called and asked if earlier would be ok for us. Very pleasant and informative as to what she was doing and why. Replaced both springs and pulleys in about an hour. Couldn't be happier with the work and the prompt service. Great job!!!

After the previous wonderful experience we had when Precision replaced our springs a few years ago, I didn’t hesitate to call them with my “emergency” at 7:30 am. Reese arrived at 11:15 am and completed in less than an hour! We presented a “challenge” for Reese in that the door was off the rollers, brackets were bent, and the door was bent. He technically knew how to fix vs. requiring me to have to buy a new door. He replaced the cables and brackets that were needed but reused what he could. That also meant re-installing the bottom panel and repairing that I had to remove last evening. The door actually works better now than it did before the “accident”!!! Great job, Reece! You were prompt, professional and courteous . everything was done perfect........Highly recommend! Thank you ! Reece was one of the best service/repairman that i've worked with.
