I called Precision Door service this morning due to my springs and cable damage which occurred last night.The quick response was tremendous. Two hours after my initial call Corie was at my door. I received a service call in less than 24 hours after I phoned for a problem with the outside pad. Conner arrived within the time stated, gave a thorough check of the pad and door, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Cori arrived at lunch time the same day I called for repair! Original time was 4-6 window but she called and asked if earlier would be ok for us. Very pleasant and informative as to what she was doing and why. Replaced both springs and pulleys in about an hour. Couldn't be happier with the work and the prompt service. Great job!!!

After the previous wonderful experience we had when Precision replaced our springs a few years ago, I didn’t hesitate to call them with my “emergency” at 7:30 am. Reese arrived at 11:15 am and completed in less than an hour! We presented a “challenge” for Reese in that the door was off the rollers, brackets were bent, and the door was bent. He technically knew how to fix vs. requiring me to have to buy a new door. He replaced the cables and brackets that were needed but reused what he could. That also meant re-installing the bottom panel and repairing that I had to remove last evening. The door actually works better now than it did before the “accident”!!! Great job, Reece! You were prompt, professional and courteous . everything was done perfect........Highly recommend! Thank you ! Reece was one of the best service/repairman that i've worked with.

Had an emergency with garage door and could not get me wife car out.. looked online and saw Precision's web site which looked very professional compared to others.... Took a chance an called them.. to my benefit it was the right call... They advertise what they do and how they charge and I did not feel taken advantage of because I had an emergency. The rep text me when he was on his way with his profile picture name and some accomplishments... He showed up aligned with the ETA provided and did an amazing job.. Patrick you are to be commended as a nice guy a husband father and a man that served our country.... I would have him back anytime... Nice job Percision hiring Patrick and him doing a very nice job.
