Great service - was able to call and get immediate repair - service was very helpful when we learned I was originally years ago provided with the wrong instructions to reset the outdoor keypad and fix so it no longer wiggled - which it did for years.... Nice work Damon

This is the second time I've used Precision Garage Door for a service call. Both times the tech was extremely professional and explained what was needed, how he was going to fix it and why. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend them and have done so already.

Tim was very professional. Followed Covid-19 protocols. Walked me through what he would be doing. On inspection, he noticed one of my springs was in very much need to be replaced. He gave me a detailed estimate. When I mentioned I would call to set up an appointment to have it done, he said he actually could do right then. Fast, proficient and walk me through again after all the work was completed. would recommend your company highly.

My garage door spring broke in the morning and the team came out that afternoon to perform the repair. The repair was completed in under an hour with no issues and at a very reasonable price. I appreciate that your company worked with me when I was out of town and my son called to tell me our double garage door wouldn't open. This was on a Thursday night and when I called on Friday to get an appointment, one was made for the next day, Saturday. I didn't get back in town until Saturday night, but everything worked out where the technician called me when he was on the way to my house and my son met him there. After diagnosing the problem, Damon called to give me the options to fix it; after fixing it, since I wasn't there to pay him, he emailed me the bill and I mailed the check when I got home. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and working with me over the phone to get our garage door working!
