Cori arrived at lunch time the same day I called for repair! Original time was 4-6 window but she called and asked if earlier would be ok for us. Very pleasant and informative as to what she was doing and why. Replaced both springs and pulleys in about an hour. Couldn't be happier with the work and the prompt service. Great job!!!

After the previous wonderful experience we had when Precision replaced our springs a few years ago, I didn’t hesitate to call them with my “emergency” at 7:30 am. Reese arrived at 11:15 am and completed in less than an hour! We presented a “challenge” for Reese in that the door was off the rollers, brackets were bent, and the door was bent. He technically knew how to fix vs. requiring me to have to buy a new door. He replaced the cables and brackets that were needed but reused what he could. That also meant re-installing the bottom panel and repairing that I had to remove last evening. The door actually works better now than it did before the “accident”!!! Great job, Reece! You were prompt, professional and courteous . everything was done perfect........Highly recommend! Thank you ! Reece was one of the best service/repairman that i've worked with.
