I appreciate that your company worked with me when I was out of town and my son called to tell me our double garage door wouldn't open. This was on a Thursday night and when I called on Friday to get an appointment, one was made for the next day, Saturday. I didn't get back in town until Saturday night, but everything worked out where the technician called me when he was on the way to my house and my son met him there. After diagnosing the problem, Damon called to give me the options to fix it; after fixing it, since I wasn't there to pay him, he emailed me the bill and I mailed the check when I got home. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and working with me over the phone to get our garage door working!

You guys are awful! Quoted me twice as much as I had it done for with a competitor, and then demanded a service call fee. Just terrible. Will not recommend to anyone! Gross

Tim Kronenberger's installation work was executed in a most professional manner. Tim installed powder coated springs in my two garage doors in 2017 and in 2019 installed two Liftmaster Garage Door Openers. Both installs were accomplished in a timely manner and all done with precision skill. Tim is a most respected installation professional who will surely be sought after for his Par Excellence work. Five Star ratings for Tim and Precision Door Service is truly indicative of a company and its employees who have a solid reputation. I cannot commend them highly enough.

My garage door spring broke so I contacted Precision for repair following an internet search of options. My experience from the initial contact to make the appointment through the service provided by the technician (Steven Pagliari) was excellent. Steve provided me with 3 options, which I selected the most comprehensive (replacement of springs, rollers, cables and a new opener). He was not at all pushy, but explained the options clearly and performed fast and professional service. Great job from a satisfied customer!

I called on a Thursday evening hoping to schedule an appointment on Friday if I was lucky, but the operator said they had an opening that night and someone could be there to repair my broken garage door spring. George called a few minutes later to confirm he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made recommendations and gave options including pricing, then fixed the spring within an hour. I was and am thoroughly impressed in how everything was handled. I will, and already have, recommended Precision to my neighbors and family for any future needs.

Randy the service technician was great. He was very friendly and tried everything to repair my garage door opener. The circuit board was bad and he installed a new LiftMaster door opener. The extra features are a bonus not to mention how quiet the door opener is when opening and closing. This is my second time using Precision Door service and I am very happy. I would recommend them to anybody that needs garage door service.

I honestly cannot write a positive review because the problem with the keypad was not resolved. I am so annoyed with this that I will call on Monday to set up coming out and uninstalling the opener and returning my money and taking away the opener. I don't want it if it is not going to do what I want and need. I already had a neighbor ask me who did my work and I could not recommend Precision because of this keypad. problem. My wife wants to go on social media but I told her to wait and see if we can remove the opener and get a refund. What say you Dan? Your guys that came out did a very professional job and were very pleasant, but I do not care for the product.
