Tim was very professional. Followed Covid-19 protocols. Walked me through what he would be doing. On inspection, he noticed one of my springs was in very much need to be replaced. He gave me a detailed estimate. When I mentioned I would call to set up an appointment to have it done, he said he actually could do right then. I appreciate that your company worked with me when I was out of town and my son called to tell me our double garage door wouldn't open. This was on a Thursday night and when I called on Friday to get an appointment, one was made for the next day, Saturday. I didn't get back in town until Saturday night, but everything worked out where the technician called me when he was on the way to my house and my son met him there. After diagnosing the problem, Damon called to give me the options to fix it; after fixing it, since I wasn't there to pay him, he emailed me the bill and I mailed the check when I got home.
