aiden my technician was so professional and friendly... I had another garage door company called elite to repair my door...I had issues with the chain coming off and they would not honor their work. I should have called precision first!!!!! I had the most wonderful service and the technician Aiden was so professional and knowledgeable! He did not judge me that I mistakenly went with another company first. He fixed my issue within a few minutes and I am so grateful to your company. You have so many followers, I just wish I knew to go with you first. I scheduled a repair on Friday afternoon for a 2 hour time slot for Monday afternoon. I needed to have the weather strip on the bottom of the garage door replaced. I ended up replacing all of the hardware, rollers, cables, etc. They were all in pretty bad shape. I couldn't have been any happier with the service technician, Damon. I had made an appointment with Precision on 7/22 for service on my Keyless unit which was not working. George Ramey contacted me twice in the am to advise me when he would arrive. He was so professional and friendly and quickly determined that unit had corroded battery terminal. I approved the new unit to be installed. He quickly replaced the unit and did a safety check on my garage door, cables and door opener.

Cori was really great! I really appreciated that she explained every detail to us about our garage door set-up and what she was going to do to get it fixed for us. She did her best to repair what we had even though it was not a conventional set-up. While it was unable to be fixed, I am confident that she did everything she could to at least make that attempt before suggesting that we purchase a new door. I really appreciate it that we were not charged for all of the troubleshooting that she did before letting us know that we needed to order a new door. We should have the new door installed within two weeks. I highly recommend Precision!
