I called Precision last night when I discovered springs had broken. I was able to get an appointment for today between 10-12. George called and texted that he was on his way and would be here in 35 minutes. Just about to the minute, he was here, assessed the situation and repaired the springs. George was very courteous and explained what he had done afterwards and even looked back in his records to refresh my memory as to dates of opener installation, etc. Good job George! And, Precision.

I am familiar with your company, so I chose to use you. I was very pleased with the work done!! Brian Pellegrino was wonderful! He was cordial, and explained what needed to be done. He replaced the old mechanism, replaced parts, and added an outside keypad. I am very pleased with the new part, which gave an easy and quiet movement of the garage door. I will gladly recommend your company :)

FANTASTIC experience. Called Precision with a problem and they were out the following work day. My technician's name was Marcus, couldn't have been more professional. He provided an estimate of cost to fix the problem. When I asked if I could set-up an appointment to have the work done, he stated that he could do it while he here. Unbelievable !! Problem fixed. Called in the morning and had a service man at the house by 2:30. He introduced himself to us..opened the door 4 or 5 times..gave us his recommendation on how to fix the problem...He replaced all of the rollers ..Perfect... Reece was an excellent worker..plus he knew how o fix it..
