My service technician today was George Ramey. I reviewed the issue with my garage door with him when he arrived- it’s age, past service / maintenance, and options for repair or replacement. George performed an inspection of the door and provided his assessment and recommendations. I asked about the option of replacing the door and George described options and costs for replacement. Based on the info provided, I decided to replace the broken spring and replace the cables which were becoming worn vs replacing the door. George was efficient and competently repaired the door to working condition while keeping me informed on his progress. I was impressed with his knowledge, skills and customer focus- thanks George! Overall, Precision Garage Door handled my issue efficiently, kept me informed on scheduling, and executed their service seamlessly- really nice job.

I am a long time very satisfied customer. Your employees are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. My recent call was a broken door spring and Tim was my service technician. He did an excellent job and was very professional. He replaced both springs and was done in less than an hour. Called at 2pm and engineering was on site ( in a snowstorm ) on time at 4pm. He was very helpful and got done installing new springs and motor plus controls with a remote app in less than 2 hours. Thanks - happy to give a good review, well earned.
