SUV was backed into garage door at 7:00 PM last night. Scheduled maintenance at 8:00 AM this morning, Christmas Eve!!!. Tim K. arrived at 9:30 and repaired significant damage to the door hinges, etc. Very knowledgable and articulate technician. Service could not have been better. Jim H.

I googled garage door repair companies and this one seemed to have the best reviews. I took a chance and booked them. Booking was easy. The tech came within the estimated arrival window, looked at the issue and gave me several options, starting with the lowest-cost. No attempt to upsell at all. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful, and fixed our garage door in about an hour. Paying was simple, and he gave me all the information if I need their services again. Couldn't be happier.

From installing the new system (when we were new homeowners), to the inevitable repairs that come with automatic garage door openers, Precision has maintained their excellence through their customer service and crew. Reese was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He provided excellent service of battery replacement, remote replacement & reset of both garage doors. He also noticed a wire that was hanging & rubbing against the garage door, so he stapled it back onto the ceiling, which he certainly didn’t have to do. I would highly recommend Precision & their staff!

George did an outstanding job remedying a problem with my garage door mount on short notice (the day before a major holiday) and SAVED me from the need to reschedule some major plumbing and excavation work due to start the day after the holiday. I would choose Precision Garage Door Service again if I need service or to purchase new products.

Have used Precision Garage Doors for 20 years, both in Columbus, Ohio, and now Pittsburgh. Conner came to service my garage door and did a thorough job. Went over every aspect of the door’s function and made all necessary adjustments. Communication from the Pittsburgh office is first rate, and Conner was polite and clear in all of his explanations. Also no high-pressure sales pitches, which I really appreciate. Precision is the only garage door company I’ve ever used, and the only people I’ll call—and trust—in Pittsburgh.

My garage door was making loud sounds while opening the garage door specially first time of the day. George Ramey was the technician for this visit, Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained to us in detail about the issue, he did explain that our spring might be close to life and may require replacement soon in the near future. I know I will be calling George Ramey whenever it breaks.

Our garage doors were installed and purchased through you. We have had no problems after 11 years. The young man that came out was for a busted spring. He quickly repaired it for us and was right on time. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door .

George was top notch when it came to everything around the appointment and the repair. He called to see if I was available for him to come early, and even though I wasn't, he was there as expected during the agreed upon window. I described the problem and he was very thorough to describe the causes and the options for solutions, including the costs before getting started. And he was very efficient in his work with quality at the same time. After he was done, he described everything he did, pointed out every little detail and made sure that I was satisfied before departing. Definitely a pleasure to work with and would call back again in a heartbeat if needed.

Whenever I have had garage door issues Precision Garage Door has come to the rescue. They often come the same day of my call or the next day. All issues have been have been resolved on the day of service. The service tech is knowledgeable, polite and explains the problem and solution so I have a complete understanding of the work that was done. We had a late start on the day and discovered our big double garage door had broken its spring. I called Precision and they fit us in later in the day. Easy to set up an appointment online. Tech (Aiden) called me and told me exactly when he would arrive, which was right in the middle of the 2 hour window I selected. He was extremely pleasant and patient, and spent a good while looking over everything. He offered his expert opinion on issues I had, and gave several different options at various price points. The whole discussion was unrushed, thorough, and zero pressure. The price quoted was right about what I was expecting. Turned out he had the opener I picked on his truck and started work right away. Everything was done professionally and he was finished in a couple hours. Super clean install, and he spent time afterwards again talking to me about everything he did and things to watch out for in the future with my other door. All around the kind of business you want to deal with: honest, straight-forward, patient, and leaving quality work when they are done.
