Technician Justin was very professional and helpful to me in selecting the garage door opener that I needed, My old one apparently "fried" in a power outage, and there was no way of fixing a very old one. He was very nice to talk to and showed me how the new one worked before leaving. He cleaned the garage up nicely when he was done. 5 stars!

My daughter Melissa Hughes used your services a couple of years ago and was satisfied. I used your services about a year ago and bought a new garage door opener. We had to have the whole door replaced as the old one was falling apart. It has only been a couple of days and so far we are happy with the new door.

Very nice technicians . Installed door in a timely manor . Happy with end result. Only suggestion would be for them to sweep area to get rid of debris left from removing old door. Found several bolts and screws in garage floor.

I was very much impressed with the service that we received for the repair of our garage door. Not only did you come the very same day that I called, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He explained everything to me so that I better understood the problem. The issue with the garage door was repaired and the garage door works great! I will ask for this technician, Aaron Marks, should we need service again. Lastly, I would recommend Precision to anyone. I would rate your service at 5 stars. Having used your service for my garage door twice, I have found that your technicians are well trained with the knowledge needed to handle any problem. They are on time, and listen to what the home owner has to say. I am also impressed that if I have a problem in the afternoon, someone is at my home before 11pm that same day.
