This was my first experience with Precision and I was more than satisfied. Damon was our technician. He was prompt, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. I loved the communication as to when he would arrive so as not to waste time waiting for him. I would absolutely recommend Precision and will certainly use them in the future if needed.

Precision was recommended to us by two neighbors who had used your services. While no one was available to make a house call on Wed. Nov. 24, we were pleased to know that we could have service by noon on Friday. The technician, Tim Kronenberger, called to say he was early (nice surprise)and asked if he could come to our house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he was very polite and went right to work assessing our problem. He gave us the options for repair clearly and thoroughly and once we decided to go ahead and have a complete overhaul of the door, he completed the job promptly. The garage door now opens and closes very quietly without all the rumblings and banging as before. Thank you, Lynn

Tim arrived on time and completed necessary repairs to get door functional within less than two hours. Door is like new now! Tim seemed very competent and was quite professional in our discussions. He thoroughly explained what repairs were needed, but was not pushy. I would highly recommend Tim and this company to anyone.

This is the second door opener Precision has installed for me. Excellent quality. The tech called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He previously installed the motor on the other door so it was a breeze to do the second door. It was the TV advertising that attracted me to Precision. Great messages. I give the maximum 5 stars to the entire effort. My first door has a motor so quiet you barely know its' opening. Now the other is just as silent. I heartily recommend Precision Garage Door when you want it done right and at a competitive price!
