We returned home from a trip and immediately had the spring on our garage door break. After calling Precision, Cori came over within a couple of hours. She was able to quickly and accurately assess the problem before quoting a repair cost. She was very easy to work with, and the garage door is working again! We are very satisfied with the experience.

Our garage door spring system broke, the door would not open and the cars were inside the garage. We needed service ASAP, so we started calling around and your receptionist scheduled us the next day. Our comments are: we have seen your trucks in our area where we live and thought that we would give you a try and here goes, Your Technician, Damon Burke arrived on time and I have to be honest with you, we have called other places when we needed repairs in our home but when Damon came he identified himself to us(not like some fellows that don't even give their name) and he is by far one of the best service technicians that we have had--he was very polite and explained to us what he had to do and worked promptly--I would definitely call your company again and recommend your company to my neighbors if they ever had a Garage Door problem.

My door spring broke on Labor Day and I took a chance to call to arrange a repair expecting to get a recording. Instead my call was answered by a pleasant woman who arranged for a tech to make repairs the following day I appreciated her working on a holiday with and setting up my repair. The repairman was friendly as well as on time and made repairs quickly as well a identifying worn rollers and suggesting they be replaced. I was well satisfied with everyone throughout this experience.

Service call was prompt and service rep. was efficient. Although I was a little surprised that a tip is requested as the rep presents the bill, I did attempt to add one on, but accidentally put in a very small amount by mistake. It did not mean that the reps services were not up to par.

Within 24 hours I had my door repaired and the scheduler was very professional. The installer did exactly what he quotes, but I am not clear about what warranty I have. I would appreciate something in writing that covers my scope of work. Thank you

Exceptionally pleased with service of my technician. He took the time to inspect the entire garage door opener, recommended and explained the new system he was installing, and was precise and very quick on the entire installation. He also checked the rollers on the door track, cleaned up without a trace and was done within an hour. The new remote pad makes it a lot easier to access entry to the garage. Great Job!! Would recommend Precision to anyone in need of service. Quick, accurate, honest.
