I chose Precision Garage Door Service Because I had them install my garage door in 2018 and was very pleased with service. I called this morning 1-20-26 and was scheduled for a 2 to 4 time slot today. Technician Damon Burke arrived sooner. He listened carefully to what my problem was. Inspected everything and advised me it was a motherboard problem in the motor. Too old to find a replacement as it was a Sears brand. Explained my choices of new motors and their cost. When I ask to set a date to have work done Damon said Immediately as he had parts on truck. Within 2 hours my problem was fixed. Amazing same day service. I am so happy with Precision and especially Damon Burke. I highly recommend them.

My door spring broke on Labor Day and I took a chance to call to arrange a repair expecting to get a recording. Instead my call was answered by a pleasant woman who arranged for a tech to make repairs the following day I appreciated her working on a holiday with and setting up my repair. The repairman was friendly as well as on time and made repairs quickly as well a identifying worn rollers and suggesting they be replaced.
