Tim came out to check on a couple issues we had with our 20 year old garage door (which Precision installed), and took care of everything in half an hour. The same care and expertise was provided the last time we had them out as well. This is a very knowledgeable & professional company, and I know I am in good hands when I need them. Can't give Reece enough starts for the emergency service needed! Called and had him at my home the same day! After inspection he went over everything as to why the issue happened and fixed it better than original. The spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday afternoon, trapping my car in the garage. We called Precision’s emergency line and they were able to make us an appointment for Monday afternoon however, because the technician was available earlier, he came and took care of the problem five hours earlier than expected. He was knowledgeable and the process was simple.

We had 2 doors that needed fixed. One had a broken cable and spring and the other just didn't work. Chuck diagnosed that it was the sensors. He replaced them and within a 1/2 hour, he had the door that I thought was the harder fix, fixed first. He then replaced cables and springs on the other door. In a little more than 1 hour, he had both doors fixed.

Torsion spring breaks Friday night with my wife's car now stuck in the garage. I called Saturday morning and luckily they had an opening on Sunday. Conner Scott came out within the appointment window and had to replace more than the spring as the other components were >20 years old. He did not try to upsell me on the other components. He new his craft well and spent his time efficiently. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Precision installed a new garage door for us a few years ago. We were having an issue last week with a new garage door opener working. Precision came out on a day's notice, performed minor maintenance on the door track and brackets, completed troubleshooting on the garage door opener and fixed several issues encountered.
