Precision installed a new garage door for us a few years ago. We were having an issue last week with a new garage door opener working. Precision came out on a day's notice, performed minor maintenance on the door track and brackets, completed troubleshooting on the garage door opener and fixed several issues encountered. Aurelio was an outstanding technician! Thanks Precision for the quick and effective solutions!

I wish every company out there would operate like Presicion. They do excellent work in a timely fashion. This was the second time we have used this company and they have consistently maintained their quality work and great work ethic! Damon was awesome. He explained everything in detail and finished the job quickly, not to forget to mention, he was right on time. I hope we don't have any issues in the future, but if so, we will be calling Precision.

Would definately recommend and use Precision again for any needs. New bottom rubber sweeps on both garage doors. I bought doors from your company years ago for another house and was very pleased and now that I had a problem on my house I called again and am pleased again. Called early in day and Precision set up service appointment for the same day. Technician Damon Burke arrived exactly at time I was told he would arrive. Damon was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. His customer service was fantastic, and is a tremendous asset to Precision Door Company. about 5 years ago i had two garage doors installed and this company did a wonderful job, last week 10.31.22 I had two of the rollers come off the track called precision and they were here 3 days later even though they are short handed, Damon was the tech and was very nice and fixed the problem in no time at all...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I will never go to another company.

No service was actually done. Something was blocking the sensor at the bottom of the door and no repair was necessary. I was disappointed that I was not told to check that area before a tech was sent out and I was charge the $65 service charge for the 10 minutes the tech was here. I felt that this could have been corrected over the phone.

If we misdiagnose, which is likely to happen having not looked at it ourselves, we would then be liable for any issues you have moving forward. It is our responsibility to ensure your issues have been resolved properly and accurately.

I use your company for routine repairs. As we were hearing a "clunking noise" upon the garage door closing, we called to schedule a service appointment. Your rep came out yesterday and advised that the apparent problem is a bent lower panel. He suggested that I call Precision Door to have one of their servicemen come out to inspect the panel, which I did this morning. While I was not at home when your rep came over, my wife reported that he carefully checked everything over and did not assess a service charge!!! I am very appreciative for your company's service in this regard, and if the other company can't solve our problem, I'll get back in touch with you. I give ***** stars!
