Explain the process before and after the job was done . You did not know that i had a tech out to service my door due to Tim is also very neat. Our garage door would not open when pulled on. Tim was able to get it to open and thought it was due to the cold and freezing weather. It is a double car garage with a wooden door and very heavy. Precision had installed the new springs for the door in 2017 and we were very happy with the service then and also this time. Tim was very helpful. Thank you.

This was our first time using Precision and we are very impressed. They were able to come sooner than expected and Tim the repairman was courteous, clear, and professional. He replaced the springs and the rollers in less than an hour. If he decides to run for president, he has our vote!

My garage door has been acting up these past 6 months, barely opening and then finally opening after repeated attempts. Finally today it closed while I was still inside (external garage) and refused to open again. I called Precision Garage because I was now stuck inside the garage, Aaron came quickly once he received the call from dispatch and had me out and the door parts replaced within a half hour. Definitely my hero.

I was attracted at first by the fact that you only do garage doors. Your company turned out to be one of the most professional I've ever worked with! My garage door was mangled beyond repair and the Precision technician was able to get it secured and back in place until a replacement door arrived for installation. They were available the same day that I called and arrived at 1pm - right in the middle of the 12-2pm window that I was given. I was not charged unfair rates - everything was very reasonable and friendly. The experience has been a pleasant surprise.

We love the garage door and Chris the installer was very professional. The one thing that we don't like about the product is the remotes. The silver clip on the remote opener is not secure and continues to fall out of the device. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to improve that.
