This was my first experience using Precision Doors. The ease of scheduling and appointment, getting a text with the picture if my technician and a little about her was great. I am not the type of customer that likes to complain. But when I called to find out if they could come out for the same service that they did on June 23 2023 , 5 months after the initial install , they told me there was a service charge.( I felt that that was not fair). Then I got a call from Tom, who said he was coming out to service the door with “no charge”. I was satisfied with the professionalism that Tom showed!! Ty

I came out the first thing this morning to get the trash ????? and I heard a loud noise behind me and when I tried to open the door with the remote, it wouldn’t do anything. I didn’t know what to do but then I remembered back two years ago when I was having a problem with the garage door and all it would do then was go up and back down continuously and I looked on line to try and find somebody to give me a helping hand and I came up with your company on line and I explained to them what was happening and I was so surprised when they said that they would be happy to come out and take a quick look at it and that was on a Saturday.That is what made me look up their number again and I got Damon Burke come out and he first calmed me down by saying that he was going to get us straightened out and he checked the garage door and right away explained to me what was going on and all that he needed to do and he went at it . He was very knowledgeable, and courteous and he did a great job and it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would take and he did a tremendous job. I would definitely recommend your company to all of my friends and family in a heartbeat because at a time like that you are excited about what to do and what is going to happen next and believe me this Damon knows how to make you feel calm while he is doing his work.

Cori and Precision were great ! I had an emergency with my garage door late in the day and they were there first thing in the morning! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Dustin was excellent in sharing his diagnosis and the repair to manually open a commercial 14 foot high garage door. After the repair, he satisfied himself that we understood how to manually open and close the door, and gave us helpful tips. When the building gets electricity wired, we will definitely go back to Precision to do the install. Thank you Dustin and thank you Precision.

So unexpectedly the garage door slammed as I pushed the button to close the door, wasn't sure what was happening. Then I saw the broken cable. A friend told me of Precision immediately and I remember seeing the commercials. The service was easy to schedule online and Tim Kronenberger called to say he was on his way---actually earlier than expected which was great. He was friendly and efficient and surveyed and addressed the necessary repairs needed. We decided on new cables and springs on both sides of the door. The repair was done quickly and all works great. I was glad I used Precision.
