John installed a new garage door opener and the remote keypad. My garage door was getting stuck going up and down. I called to have someone come out and look at it. Tom came out and tested the door and it seemed to be fine but he did notice that some of the wires were frayed. He replaced the frayed wires and tested the door again. He found nothing wrong with the door but did leave me pamphlets on a new garage door opener. He also explained that some of our wireless devices could be causing a problem with the door signal. He is very knowledgeable and did not want to replace our opener for no reason. Thanks Tom!!

I called Precision one day after work & Precision had a technician there the next day at my convenience. Tom arrived on time, was very courteous, diagnosed the problem, rendered repairs in a very timely fashion. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision to repair our 16 year old garage door and I will call them again.

Tom was right on time and diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes. I needed a new garage door opener. He installed a new opener and new bearing rollers as well as a safety feature on the garage door which the old genie didn't have. He finished in about an hour and a half. Tom did a fine job.
