What an amazing group you have working for you. First to Mike, who helped me select the doors. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I had an emergency with my garage door on a Saturday night. I called Precision and was completely satisfied with the immediate response and service I received. After my initial phone call around 8:00 PM, my garage door cables were replaced by 9:30 PM. Very prompt and courteous service.

The technician that came to repair our garage door was punctual and within the window of time given for the day of the scheduled repair. He was very efficient and conscientious with the removal of the old door lock and handle as well as putting on the new replacement. He tested the replacement thoroughly to make sure it was working efficiently and without any problems. He also made a small adjustment on the track to allow easier locking. When finishing the job, he did a thorough clean up of all the old materials and the packaging of the new pieces. I was very pleased with the technicians efficiency and pleasant personality in observing the work being done. I would not hesitate to call you company in the future should any additional garage door maintainance need to be done in the future.

I chose Precision knowing they would be able to show up in a timely manner and fix the broken hinge/bracket that holds the garage door panels together. Bill Jack was the most professional serviceman who dianosed the issues with my garage door that were causing additional problems.
