George was polite and took care of my issue quickly. My problem is with the cost of $284 for a 10 minute fix. I used them again for this repair because I had good luck back in 2019 when they replaced my spring at a fair price. This was just for adjusting the tension of spring as door would not stay up and it only took 10 minutes to adjust. I called my local guy to compare and he was less than half the price for same adjustment plus that includes going over door and lubricating all components. I will use local guy going forward as I will be retiring and will not be able to afford such pricing.

Our 24 year old garage door had major wear and tear. I had called other places but Pittsburgh garage doors was able to send someone the following day. George was very punctual, professional and explained everything that he was going to fix. He finished the job by himself in a very timely manner. Absolutely a great experience from start to finish! From getting scheduled to the team arriving timely to getting the new opener installed. The installation techs were very knowledgeable and professional, and were very understanding of special circumstances with the install process. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were able to do the install the same day as the estimate. I would most definitely recommend Precision to anybody looking to install a new garage door opener!

George the technician was on time and had my torsion spring changed in no time. This was not my first experience using Precision services and George was my tech a few years ago.
