I don’t usually do this but I needed to give praise to the tech. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they don’t service the type of garage door system I have. It’s a Wayne dalton system. The tech stated that I could probably get the parts at Lowe’s. He didn’t charge me for the visit which I was grateful. So if I need any other garage door work, I will definitely call them back.

Garage door spring busted late Saturday evening. Looked for a local gage door company and came across Precision. Called and had an appointment set up for Monday.
