After being told by a competitor company that I have have done business with for years that it would be 5 days until they could service my inoperable garage door, Precision came to replace the old Liftmaster opener with a new Liftmaster. Dave, the Precision technician, arrived just 4 hours after my initial call and was a very efficient, friendly with good customer service skills. Precision is now my garage door service company!

My original quote for a new opener was $450 installed plus a $75 service fee. What's that, I asked. After some discussion, the woman said she would waive the fee! They arrived as promised and my first quote was $1,200 which included all new springs etc. I said goodbye.

Your technician was able to come the next day after our spring broke. Cori, the technician, was superb. She called on the scheduled day to tell us she would be late (because of a complicated job before us). When she arrived and examined our door, she explained thoroughly our options. We have a large garage door (one door for a two-car garage). She had the parts to replace both springs. More importantly, she had the strength to fix our door. Your Team gets a 10. They were on time,efficient and professional. Your pricing was grossly over priced. I went on line and priced out the material and unless your techs are being paid over $150.00 an hour the cost was double of what they should have been. I believe in paying for professional service but $500.00 for 4 cables and 4 hinges is over the top. Would not recommend due to price.

We needed to replace a garage door and recalling seeing your vans, gave you a call. The response was prompt and Brian came out to do an assessment. The door was too old to repair so we decided to replace it. Everything went well. The only minor issue was having to wait four weeks until the door arrived. Brian installed it on a Saturday. Everything worked well and the door and installation looked good. We had a minor issue after a week. The door was hanging up on something and would not close. Someone came out the same day we called you to report the problem and fixed it.
