Your technician was able to come the next day after our spring broke. Cori, the technician, was superb. She called on the scheduled day to tell us she would be late (because of a complicated job before us). When she arrived and examined our door, she explained thoroughly our options. We have a large garage door (one door for a two-car garage). She had the parts to replace both springs. More importantly, she had the strength to fix our door. Your Team gets a 10. They were on time,efficient and professional. Your pricing was grossly over priced. I went on line and priced out the material and unless your techs are being paid over $150.00 an hour the cost was double of what they should have been. I believe in paying for professional service but $500.00 for 4 cables and 4 hinges is over the top. Would not recommend due to price.

Everything went very smoothly. The technician was professional and friendly, and the installation was quick and painless. Fixed our existing opener and installed a new opener on the second garage door. Highly recommend!

Needed entry into garage with keypad and remote not working and unable to unlock manual release. Technicians able remove old lock and gain access. Replaced everything in less than 1 hour. Excellent customer services and quality work. Great technicians and fast services. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Great garage door motor replacement job by Aaron Marks! Called Precision in the morning and by 2 PM Aaron had arrived to begin the job. Price seemed fair and the job was completed to my total satisfaction within two hours. Aaron Marks, the Precision technician, was courteous, efficient and left my garage spotless.

We needed to replace a garage door and recalling seeing your vans, gave you a call. The response was prompt and Brian came out to do an assessment. The door was too old to repair so we decided to replace it. Everything went well. The only minor issue was having to wait four weeks until the door arrived. Brian installed it on a Saturday. Everything worked well and the door and installation looked good. We had a minor issue after a week. The door was hanging up on something and would not close. Someone came out the same day we called you to report the problem and fixed it.
