The technician who serviced our garage door was very professional and knowledgeable in addressing our door failure. He was also very courteous and easy to communicate with. The final cost was more than I had hoped for but his explanation of the necessary work assured my hopes that the repair should give me many more years of trouble free service. After reviewing the completed work, he showed me the revisions made to some of the components and explained how they had been revised which should resist similar fatigue failure. He had record of our last repair which was in 2011, so I realized that he was maintaining a 15 year old system. Fingers crossed for more years without further maintenance!

Precision installed my garage door a few years ago, which was fantastic!! I scheduled the appointment to do a check on my garage door, I was not sure that any maintenance was required. Damon came out and took care of everything for me. Basically saying everything looks good and I did not require anything to be replaced. I highly recommend Damon and Precision Garage door!!!! Service performed was just to check out the operations of the door and make sure nothing required replacing. So I just chose those categories.

Garage door opener quit working. Called Precision and they gave me an appointment in 4 days! Didn’t expect to get it fixed when they came because I needed a new motor. They had a motor on the truck and it was installed. The door is now working fine. Damon and his helper did an excellent job. They cleaned up and didn’t leave any trash. They even took the old motor with them. Damon was very skilled on programming the new opener and explained the fundamentals I needed to know. I’ll be sticking with Precision for all future repairs and replacements.

I called on a Tuesday because my opener broke. It was old (1999), so I wanted a new one. My install was the next day! That's impressive in and of itself! My installer was Damon Burke, who also had a new employee with him who he was training. Both of them were so nice, very polite, and professional. They had the job completed very quickly, and it all looks so nice. I'll be sticking with Precision for all future repairs or replacements.
