I called the number on the sticker inside my door. I could not go anywhere until the door was serviced, car stuck in garage. Precision came within 24 hours, and did not try to sell me anything else, just repaired the broken parts. He also said he was doing a safety check. He said everything else was fine.

The only way into our garage was through a small horizontal window in the back. But serviceman Tim handled it with no problem! He called before he arrived, after conducting his assessment, and again after he was finished. He explained our options and replaced the opener, spings, cables, etc. in less than two hours. As a parent of a very ill child, having a company that was willing to do this contactless during the pandemic without any complaints or belittling our concerns was wonderful. THANK YOU!!!

I had a problem with the garage door opener not working. I had used Precision Door a few years ago on a different problem and received excellent service so decided to use them again. They were able to schedule an appointment two days after my call even though it was a Saturday. Their technician, Randy, arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the opener. He performed a general check of the entire system, lubricated the system where necessary, explained what he did and what to look out for in the future. I believe that he did a great job at a reasonable price and will definitely use them again if any additional problems arise.
