I was very impressed with your company, from the first telephone call, to the completion of the work. Your Representative was very professional, on time, worked quickly and correctly. I was extremely impressed with your e-mail regarding the picture and a small bio of the technician that would be doing the work. In the age in which we live it was very comforting to know and identify the technician when they arrived at my door. I wish all companies would follow the same procedure. Your company gets a five from me and I certainly would recommend you to others.

Jason Drylie arrived the day after we called, on a Saturday. Our garage door was stuck & we needed a second opinion about getting new springs. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all honest. He did a safety check on our door, pushed it back on track, and added & tightened a couple of bolts. He showed us that our springs were in good condition and should last a few more years. He saved us hundreds of dollars that we would have lost to another service. I will definitely contact Precision in the future, and recommend Jason for honest and experienced service.

Absolutely great service. I have a small detached garage with no window nor door. I had--very absentmindedly--closed the door with the hatchback open thus wedging the hatch against the garage door when I tried to open it. Precision Door representative came within the time promised and he managed to open it with only slight damage to the hatchback. He was very professional both in his execution of his work and demeanor.

Would that all service projects were handled as professionally as this. Original call on a saturday morning was handled quickly and appointment was set. Technician happily arrived a little early, reviewed the problem and potential solutions with me. Once the agreement was reached he proceeded quietly and professionally to complete the work. I was so impressed with the service I received. I called and the service was repaired that same day. My problem with my garage door was the spring broke and parts had to be replaced.
