August 10, 2023 I thank Jessica for answering my phone call and sending Chuck Phillips to service my broken door. When he arrived, he politely listened to and answered my questions. With his job experience, Chuck knew what he had to do. After the Safety Checklist was done and being the professional he is, Chuck wasted no time in completing the repair to the door. When he was done, he took the time to review with me what was involved in its repair. Before Chuck left, he explained to me what I needed to do should I have future questions. Thank you! The spring broke on my door in the evening, called Precision and they got me an appointment the next day in the am. Chuck Phillips arrived at the earliest time frame given. He inspected the door and did not try to push me into anything that was not needed. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He also knew that my rollers were bad and needed replaced. I know this was not something he was just trying to up sale, because he asked me if the door sounded like a roller coaster clicking and it was. The door is very quiet now. Was very happy with the service and would recommend and use again.

Called Precision at 10:30 am on Saturday because I noticed 1 side of my garage door was not closing, leaving about a 1” space from door bottom to floor. Precision was here by 2:30. Technician, Chuck said it might be a frayed cable and after inspection the cable was definitely frayed and could have broken at any time. He replaced both cables and the door was perfect again. It only took him 1/2 hour to do the repair.

Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.
