Thanks to precision door on a Saturday they arrived and fixed our garage door spring that broke.There Tech Chuck Phillips was ver professional and completed the work in a timely manor. Chuck inspected out the whole door and seen the cables were bad and 1 roller was bad. We had him replace everything he noticed. Thanks again

Called Precision at 10:30 am on Saturday because I noticed 1 side of my garage door was not closing, leaving about a 1” space from door bottom to floor. Precision was here by 2:30. Technician, Chuck said it might be a frayed cable and after inspection the cable was definitely frayed and could have broken at any time. He replaced both cables and the door was perfect again. It only took him 1/2 hour to do the repair.

I have always used the services of Precision and have usually been satisfied with not only the service but the employees..However I cannot comment on services because nothing has been done. Chuck looked at the door and said he had to get material from the warehouse…I have not heard anything. I am waiting for a repair date since 12/31/22…

All I knew was one side of the garage door opener cables were disconnected. I called for an appointment and was able to get one quickly that suited my availability. The technician, Chuck Phillips, was able to let me know what was wrong and gave me several options. I chose replacement of all needed parts along with a lifetime warranty.
