I don’t usually do this but I needed to give praise to the tech. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they don’t service the type of garage door system I have. It’s a Wayne dalton system. The tech stated that I could probably get the parts at Lowe’s. He didn’t charge me for the visit which I was grateful. So if I need any other garage door work, I will definitely call them back.

Making a next day appointment was very easy. The technician, George, called me on the day of service and ask if he could come a little earlier and I agreed. He gave me a call on his way and was very much on time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and spotted the issue immediately.
