When I purchased my garage door, I was provided real time access to the Linear app so that I could remotely control my garage door. The app hasn't worked in forever. That being said, I requested an explanation, but NEVER received a response.

I had Tom come to my house to look at my garage door. I've been scammed a month before by an awful company so I didn't know what to expect. Tom fixed a cable that came off. Damon was thorough on his inspection and recommended pulley bearing replacements in addition to replacement springs. A bit pricey overall but the work was done professionally. Very satisfied. As a business practice recommend waiving the separate inspection fee if customers choose to have the work performed. Luckily I had a coupon but how many customers don’t?

My experience was excellent from start to finish. They were able to get a technician out to my house in 2 days. The technician, Dylan, called the morning of to say he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was on time, very friendly, and quickly made an assessment along with a quote. The work was completed in the amount of time he specified and the door worked like new. We needed an upgrade to our garage door opener and keypad because it was very dated and didn’t have the functionality that we wanted. Dylan showed up right on time and was incredibly helpful and God is the products we needed at a reasonable price. There was no multiple visits and drawn out work orders. He showed up that day. He had everything on his truck that he needed and by the time he left, we had a new garage door opener and a new keypad that he helped us set up that did everything we wanted it to do. I had a problem with the belt on my garage door. The tech that came to my house was able identify the problem and fix it in 25 minutes. While he was there he recognized that my other garage door was working correctly. He asked if I would like him to take a look at that also. He was able to fix my other door. He was very polite also.
