We had 2 doors that needed fixed. One had a broken cable and spring and the other just didn't work. Chuck diagnosed that it was the sensors. He replaced them and within a 1/2 hour, he had the door that I thought was the harder fix, fixed first. He then replaced cables and springs on the other door. In a little more than 1 hour, he had both doors fixed.

This was the most professional Garage service company I have ever utilized. The tech , Reese was very professional, took time to walk me through everything and explain stuff . He checked safety features on the door and made sure everything was working efficiently more than once . He is the reason I will now be using Precision as my new garage door company . The company itself is extremely professional . They communicate very well and even send A picture of the tech who will be arriving at your home . I cant recommend this company enough and ask for Reese!!

Bam! I backed into my garage door which made me very unhappy. After sulking for a bit, I remembered having a good service experience with Precision Garage door once before. So I called them on a Saturday night, they had someone at the house Sunday morning, and my new door was in the works by Sunday afternoon! That's service.

Great experience. Damon was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and allowed me to determine all that I wanted done. This included springs, cables, rollers and a few other parts for both doors. If all the employees are like this young man, this is one lucky business. The tech, Cori Jo Merkel was outstanding. Very thorough in her assessment and her technical knowledge is outstanding. The job was done quickly. She explained everything to my wife and I to where it was very easy to understand. And at the end. The garage was cleaner when she left than when she got there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!!!

We had our garage door spring break late on afternoon, called Precision and they had our technician, George, at our home before lunchtime the next day. George was very professional, clearly broke down the options I had for repair, and explained the overall state of my garage door system beyond just my spring which had broken. He made short work of the job (literally like an hour) and our garage door is opening and closing more smoothly than I have ever seen it do so before the repair.

Torsion spring breaks Friday night with my wife's car now stuck in the garage. I called Saturday morning and luckily they had an opening on Sunday. Conner Scott came out within the appointment window and had to replace more than the spring as the other components were >20 years old. He did not try to upsell me on the other components. He new his craft well and spent his time efficiently. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I came out the first thing this morning to get the trash ????? and I heard a loud noise behind me and when I tried to open the door with the remote, it wouldn’t do anything. I didn’t know what to do but then I remembered back two years ago when I was having a problem with the garage door and all it would do then was go up and back down continuously and I looked on line to try and find somebody to give me a helping hand and I came up with your company on line and I explained to them what was happening and I was so surprised when they said that they would be happy to come out and take a quick look at it and that was on a Saturday.That is what made me look up their number again and I got Damon Burke come out and he first calmed me down by saying that he was going to get us straightened out and he checked the garage door and right away explained to me what was going on and all that he needed to do and he went at it . He was very knowledgeable, and courteous and he did a great job and it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would take and he did a tremendous job. I would definitely recommend your company to all of my friends and family in a heartbeat because at a time like that you are excited about what to do and what is going to happen next and believe me this Damon knows how to make you feel calm while he is doing his work.

Called Precision Garage Door to service my garage door which I had a problem with when trying to close the door. I had called a competitor previously and they told me that the sensor on the door was bad and that it would cost 125 to replace. Timothy from Precision said he would check a couple of things first and if that didn’t correct the problem, It may require something more complicated. He tightened the chain and adjusted the sensor and fixed the problem in minutes. All covered in the service fee of 65. Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians and overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I highly recommend this company!

I am not the type of customer that likes to complain. But when I called to find out if they could come out for the same service that they did on June 23 2023 , 5 months after the initial install , they told me there was a service charge.( I felt that that was not fair). Then I got a call from Tom, who said he was coming out to service the door with “no charge”. I was satisfied with the professionalism that Tom showed!! Ty
