Offered to repair existing unit (30 years old) but offered good value to replace with a new unit and explained advantages of each choice. Very satisfied with his work and the result.

The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! I received a phone call from Tim when he was on his way. Once Tim got here, he was beyond helpful in explaining my options to fix the issue and answered all questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommended working with Precision for any garage door needs you may have!

He arrived on time and walked me through all the options I had with my repair. He was courteous and professional at all times. Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning. I called Precision and they set up an appointment right away to replace the spring. I am now in the market for a new garage door and of course Precision is the 1st call I made.
