I don’t usually do this but I needed to give praise to the tech. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they don’t service the type of garage door system I have. It’s a Wayne dalton system. The tech stated that I could probably get the parts at Lowe’s. He didn’t charge me for the visit which I was grateful. So if I need any other garage door work, I will definitely call them back.

Earlier this week, my garage door suddenly didn’t want to close. I followed several YouTube tutorials but I couldn’t get it to work properly. I called Precision Garage Door and they scheduled a service technician for the very next day. Damon Burke called me the next day to let me know he could come several hours earlier than my scheduled appointment, if that worked for me. He was at my home within 30 minutes. I explained all of the steps I had taken, and he immediately knew how to address the issue. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, he also explained what he was doing so I would know what to do should the issue ever happen again.
