We utilized Precision Garage Door Service previously and got great services. After experiencing a different garage door issue we called them again and they came the same day. Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. He was professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He took the time to explain to me what he felt the problem was and what he suggested it would take to fix it. Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.

All issues have been have been resolved on the day of service. The old opener lasted 10 years and never had any issues until recently, hence the quality of their products is excellent. My experience was very good. Conner was very knowledgeable about garage doors and gave me advise on routine maintenance. The parts used seemed to be good quality. When looking for a company to make my repair, the positive reviews were very helpful. I would definitely use Precision again.
