Precision was great! I called at 9pm and actually talked to a person. She was able to schedule the repair to our garage door the next morning. They sent confirming emails, texts introducing the service tech, and follow up emails and texts. The technician was polite and efficient. Cori was great! What I thought was going to be an expensive repair was not. She tried multiple solutions to fund the issue and it was a very inexpensive fix! She also explained some things for me to look out for. She Rocks! After telling her I was putting house up for sale She was also knowledgeable enough to suggest a fix on the sensors that I really appreciated. It allowed me to be proactive. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Called for a tech to investigate a new noise on our garage door opener. Chain was out of wack. Cori came out right on time and adjusted the chain tension. Needed repairs for broken spring, and the workmenship was done extremely well and quick. Has the technician was inspecting the cables and rollers. We discussed replacing them and installing a new garage door opener with the battery back up. Damon did an extremely great job and was very kind and knowledgeable to the questions I asked. I would recommend precision garage doors to anyone looking for one or general repairs and ask for Damon to do the install or repair work. Very satisfied, Five Stars!!!!!

Even though my garage door was sometimes malfunctioning, it wasn't allways (which I find mighty strange!) Naturally when Damon arrived the opener worked like a charm 8 times in a row. So unexpectedly the garage door slammed as I pushed the button to close the door, wasn't sure what was happening. Then I saw the broken cable. A friend told me of Precision immediately and I remember seeing the commercials. The service was easy to schedule online and Tim Kronenberger called to say he was on his way---actually earlier than expected which was great. He was friendly and efficient and surveyed and addressed the necessary repairs needed. We decided on new cables and springs on both sides of the door. The repair was done quickly and all works great. I was glad I used Precision.

George Ramey was sent to service my garage door. He repaired several issues that were problematic with the system. I've had the system for a number of years and it was time for maintenance and repair. George is competent, knowledgable, courteous, and respectful. He solved all of the issues in a timely manner. The garage door works as well as it did when it was new.
