Garage door spring busted late Saturday evening. Looked for a local gage door company and came across Precision. Called and had an appointment set up for Monday. They kept me updated through email and on Monday Tim called and said he would be here in a half hour. He went over everything and showed me things that I needed. I chose just the spring and he had it installed in no time whatsoever.

I picked Precision Garage service because of the Great service I Have had in the past. This time Kasey Teysier a Dood Consultant showed up in a minivan. It was obvious that he didn't come to perform any work that would help my situation. He had no tools and no parts to fix my problems. He looked at the door and told me they don't make them anymore and he would give me a quote to replace the bad panels. It must be pointed out that the garage door is still operating. I told him I just wanted it fixed and he said he would send me a quote. He wasn't here for 10 minutes, went up the street and made me a proposal that he sent over my e-mail address. He is out of his mind if you continue to treat the customer as he did. The garage door is still working. I stopped at a hardware store last night and picked up a carter pin to fix the opening mechanism. He wanted me to pay over $2.300 to fix my door. If I have to pay an exorbitant price like that I ill close up the door and use the garage for storage. The next time I need something I will call a different service company.

Great experience all around. Person I first contacted on the phone was excellent. Was excited to get me an appointment and asked all the right questions. Aiden Scott showed up on time. Was very professional. Explained what I needed to fix problem and how much it would be.In a timely manner he finished the job. Had me test his work and asked if I was satisfied. When it comes time to replace my whole system I will call Precision and hopefully Aiden will show up.

The technician who serviced our garage door was very professional and knowledgeable in addressing our door failure. He was also very courteous and easy to communicate with. The final cost was more than I had hoped for but his explanation of the necessary work assured my hopes that the repair should give me many more years of trouble free service. After reviewing the completed work, he showed me the revisions made to some of the components and explained how they had been revised which should resist similar fatigue failure. He had record of our last repair which was in 2011, so I realized that he was maintaining a 15 year old system. Fingers crossed for more years without further maintenance!
