Precision Garage Door is great! They are very accommodating and give great communication right from the start. The online scheduling feature is easy to use and both the emails, text and phone call prior to arrival were much appreciated. I really like the fact that they send out a photo, name and short bio information on the service tech scheduled to arrive. Upon arrival Damon offered excellent service, he was efficient in the repairs and took the time to explain the how and why. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

We are repeat customers because they have exceptional service, quality products and they are local to our area. Over the years we've replaced a garage door, springs and most recently a garage door opener. Each time the service was exceptional and the prices were reasonable to the service and product. Our most recent service tech, Tim, was very knowledgeable, courteous and completed the job without any issues and left the garage workspace clean. They were prompt to schedule our appointment and consistently followed up as to when they would arrive for service. There are similar companies however these guys are exceptional.

Precision installed my new garage door in 2022. Their service was superb and the door still looks as good as new. Earlier this week my garage door opener stopped working. Once opened, it wouldn’t close all the way and none of the key pads were working. I’m disabled and asked my neighbor to manually shut it. I immediately called Precision because of my prior great experience with them. When I called, the telephone agent had my pertinent information on her system. Initially the first available appointment was several days away, When I explained my situation, she was able to secure a same day technician visit. That afternoon, Damon Burke arrived, quickly identified the problem—an electrical cord had detached from the main unit—and made the repair. Damon completed this repair in about 15 minutes. He made sure the door was working before he left. He was very professional and friendly, and I enthusiastically recommend him if you are lucky enough to get him as your garage door technician. I also highly recommend Precision Door Service for their prompt attention to my issue.

These Guys are amazing!!! I have delt with them years and it has always been a positive experience. They offer a life time warranty on many of their products and most importantly they stand behind it. An example of this is we had 1 of our 2 springs break last night. Tom C came out this morning and was able to replace both of the springs. Even though only 1 broke. When Tom finished he reached out with his hand to thank us for being a customer. The 2 springs and the service call were at no charge. No questions asked. This is why this spring we will be purchasing a new door from Precision. We won't shop them around do to the fact that no other company will be able to offer the value and service they do. Thank you Precision and a BIG SHOUT OUT to Tom!

I chose Precision because of an ad in a mailer. I needed to have an old door repaired so that it would lock properly. The technician knew what he was doing and fixed the problem by straightening the bar that locks the door. He also lubricated and moving parts of the door, an it operates more smoothly and quietly than it has in more than 30 years. He also provided an estimate for replacing our door. I'm very pleased with the response and service from this company.
