Even though my garage door was sometimes malfunctioning, it wasn't allways (which I find mighty strange!) Naturally when Damon arrived the opener worked like a charm 8 times in a row. He said to wait until something really is broken and call again. Where else can you find such honesty? Precision Garage Door Service will be my only garage door provider!

All we really needed was to get it working properly again, and Conner went the extra mile to notice that the safety cables were frayed and would need replaced, as they were a potentially dangerous. So unexpectedly the garage door slammed as I pushed the button to close the door, wasn't sure what was happening. Then I saw the broken cable. A friend told me of Precision immediately and I remember seeing the commercials. The service was easy to schedule online and Tim Kronenberger called to say he was on his way---actually earlier than expected which was great. He was friendly and efficient and surveyed and addressed the necessary repairs needed. We decided on new cables and springs on both sides of the door. The repair was done quickly and all works great. I was glad I used Precision.

With a late afternoon call for service for our garage door they were still able to dispatch a tech. Kasey arrived shortly after the call. He took a long and thorough look at our issue and immediately made an effective and long term solution for it. I called on Memorial Day Weekend, and within four hours Conner came out to my house to repair a garage door with a broken spring. He was very polite and professional, and got the spring replaced quickly, then adjusted my garage door opener to match up with the new springs. He explained everything that he was going to do, and made sure I understood the price up front. Needed repairs for broken spring, and the workmenship was done extremely well and quick. Has the technician was inspecting the cables and rollers. We discussed replacing them and installing a new garage door opener with the battery back up. Damon did an extremely great job and was very kind and knowledgeable to the questions I asked. I would recommend precision garage doors to anyone looking for one or general repairs and ask for Damon to do the install or repair work. Very satisfied, Five Stars!!!!!
