On Friday night we didn’t realize our garage door didn’t open all the way and we backed into it! Called Precision and they sent Conner out on Saturday. He looked things over told me what was wrong and not only fixed it but made things better! I pointed to the other door and asked if he could make that one “better.” Conner worked up an estimate and got things done in a couple of hours.

Conner did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand my options. He was able to do a repair for me today and help educate me on longer term options for replacing my motor and lift system which will make the system quieter and more efficient. He was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. I hope he will be our service person when we do finally decide to replace our other hardware.

Fantastic service from start to finish!! Reece was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He assessed the need of the repair and advised me of the fix in terms that I could understand. The estimate was provided, which was well under the cost that I had thought it would have been, and once I said okay, Reece went to work immediately. The entire process, including the repair, took less than an hour. Reece even handled the clean up so nothing additional that I needed to do. A++ service from not only Reece but the entire process of booking the appointment to the close of the service call. The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! I received a phone call from Tim when he was on his way. Once Tim got here, he was beyond helpful in explaining my options to fix the issue and answered all questions I had.
