In retrospect, I would have been much better off waiting for the first available service appointment with Precision when our Lift Master garage door opener battery backup failed during the recent 6 day power outage. Instead I opted for immmediate service from an unknown company that represented itself as experienced and ended up replacing the overhead shaft spring at a very inflated price and also ended up with an opener where the shaft decoupled from the motor twice. That company hung me out to dry promising to return and permanently fix the opener, only to give me multiple arrival dates and times which never happpened. I returned to Precision and gladly awaited the four days before a service opening was available. Their tech identified the problem immmediately, was very familiar with my particular opener and made the unit operable within an hour. The moral of the story is clear, stick with the real professionals, Precision.

We went with Precision Garage Door because of their reputation, and they did not disappoint!!! The service tech was on time and went right to work. He went over the door, pointed out what needed to be done and worked up a work order with the exact cost, no hidden fees and no surprises. I had another garage door company called elite to repair my door...I had issues with the chain coming off and they would not honor their work. I should have called precision first!!!!! I had the most wonderful service and the technician Aiden was so professional and knowledgeable! He did not judge me that I mistakenly went with another company first. He fixed my issue within a few minutes and I am so grateful to your company. You have so many followers, I just wish I knew to go with you first. For many years, I had heard Precision Garage Door’s jingle on the Fan and honestly, hoped I’d never have to use them. But then Friday, my wife and I heard a loud boom and on Saturday, when we needed to go somewhere, found out our garage door was out of service.
