George called before he arrived to let me know when he would be here and he arrived as he said he would. He explained what he was doing and why… so that I could understand. He was super quick considering what he did. He was so thorough, explaining what he was doing and he had me put the car in the garage and work the door controls before he left. He had a few hints on how to avoid having a mishap again and he did so with great care. He was a happy worker, He was thorough, explained what had happened, and how to avoid another mishap. He was pleasant, appeared happy with his job, diligent; an outstanding young man

We used Precision Door because we bought the opener from them and had one minor repair last year that they fixed at a very reasonable price. This time it needed new springs. Cori was our service person and was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She explained everything needed in detail and gave an estimate before starting the work. She was very professional in every way. In addition she took care with cleaning up when the job was completed.
