Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. He was professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He took the time to explain to me what he felt the problem was and what he suggested it would take to fix it. Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.

All issues have been have been resolved on the day of service. I would have missed a day of work if they didn’t come so quickly. George was friendly and efficient, repairing the problem very quickly. The old opener lasted 10 years and never had any issues until recently, hence the quality of their products is excellent. In addition, having the MyQ app and chat functions as options provide another layer of functionality, communication and accessibility that sets them apart. Very timely and quick responses. Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning. I called Precision and they set up an appointment right away to replace the spring. I am now in the market for a new garage door and of course Precision is the 1st call I made.
