I called Precision due to one of my garage spring did bust, the previous company that installed the springs was unable to be reached .I was able to reach a live person by phone on Saturday and schedule the work to be taken care of the same day . The door tech called and was able to come early to service the door. very professional detail on the work that needed done and finished up within an hour. I was very pleased with workmanship and would call them first the next time I need service. I would give them 5 star rating.

All used items were taken from the job cite and now my door works as good as it did over 50 years ago. I got new spring, rollers and all associated hardware.
