Service is extremely prompt and technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We bought the nylon rollers a few years back and have enjoyed the quieter operation of our door ever since. Precision just replaced my 'regular' garage door guy who didn't show up. Everything about their service was impressive, from the immediate attention, ability to schedule quickly, and the tech communication and follow through. They made multiple confirmations to ensure they would be there. Showed up on time. Had the parts to fix my door, and offered several options for service. Tim did a great job and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. Great service.
