He explained what needed to be done gave me the details and the price before he started. very professional and very courteous. I needed a new garage door badly. The salesperson never push but did explain everything very well . I barely knew the installer. I think his name was Charlie was even in my home except for the noise of the power tools .I love my new door ;it fits and is SO quiet when it opens. I love the fact that if my sons come and I'm not home they can get in.

The technician was very friendly and explained the product functions before he started the installation. When he completed the job he walked me through all the functions and even help me set up the garage door opener in my car. The garage door opener is so quiet you can't heat it at all and with the newborn twins room right over the garage,,,,thats IMPORTANT HIghly recommend the product and company
