I was pleased with the technician and the service and arrival as scheduled, my only comment is when I called and inquired about the service fees, I was not advised of the so called fuel surcharge, I thought this was a bit misleading..as I was told the service fee was waived only after I was indicating I might go elsewhere, but nothing was said about the other charge...

The phone center receptionist was very good. Your response was within an hour, on a Sunday, the representative was incredible observant and found the real problem, all the parts were in the truck, and within 45 minutes the garage door was fixed.

The Service Technician arrived on time (in the evening, so he was on my schedule), charged me only for the keypad, and used a coupon to cover labor and a service on the door. While he was there, he also programmed my car to open my garage door. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the service.
