Second time we needed a garage repair. This time on our daughter's home. I was happy to hear that Marcus would be the tech and just as he was the first time, he was very respectful and pleasant but still remained professional. He took the time to explain what he had to do. This is the second great experience with this man and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of garage repairs.

We were very nervous because it has been twenty years since anything was done to the garage. Our service man died. He suggested what would be a very reliable system. He did not try to push any service or product. He made us feel comfortable immediately. He cleaned everything up in the garage. Thank you for a great technician. He was a good guy.

I needed my key pad garage door opener fixed so I called the company that installed my garage door six years ago. They never returned my messages. While looking through a Clipper magazine I saw an ad for Precision garage doors. I was impressed with the 24/7 service, & no extra charge for evening or weekend appointments. A technician came to my home the next day & fixed my opener. He was very professional & friendly. He also checked the door, sprayed the hinges, & answered all my questions. I would give Precision a 5 star rating, & I would call them for any future garage door problems

I originally called Precision Garage Doors becaue I had a coupon. I have to say regardless of any coupon the service was excellent. The gentleman who came explained exactly what was needed not only to fix what was broken , but how to maintain an already older door.I have recommended Precision to others and will continue to do so in the future.

I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH DOOR SENSOR, I HAD FIXED A COUPLE TIMES. MY DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE BECAUSE THE RECEIVING SENSOR WAS NOT LIT. WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK THE DOOR WAS OPERATING , BUT THE RECEIVING SENSOR STILL WAS NOT LIT.I CALLED AND SPOKE TO BILL, HE STATED IT WAS LIT WHEN HE LEFT AND THE DOOR WAS WORKING FINE. HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE DOOR WAS WORKING ,BECAUSE IT SHOULD NOT WHEN EITHER LITE IS OFF. REGARDLESS THE DOOR IS WORKING AND THAT'S WHAT I NEEDED.
