Two sides of a story - unfortunately, we experienced a broken spring today - but the upside is that Precision Garage Service handled the job expediently, professionally and courteously. Our technical (Sal) communicated several times via phone to let us know his schedule and when he'd arrive - once on-site, he explained the job in detail and answered all questions/concerns I had. Sal exuded terrific customer service - and while I hope for no future issues, he'd be invited back to my home any time!

I chose precision because they were available 24/7 and I had an emergency. The operator set up my appointment for 11pm - 1am. Then, I received an email that said the technician would arrive at my home between 11pm-1145pm. My technician arrived 10 minutes early. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and very courtious. The customer service is very "customer friendly"!

We had a garage door emergency 5 days before Christmas. Precision was the first company I called and they responded immediately with an exact estimate and replacement suggestions. Professional, courteous, customer oriented. We have used Precision twice now, for our garage doors. Both of our doors had broken springs and cables, 2 yrs apart. The technician looked over our doors, provided a detailed list of what services would be preformed and price. The work was done with in the time frame given, I was shown the work that was done and the parts that were removed. Since we had work done previously, our tech checked the previous work to make sure that it was still in good working order.
