Old garage door opener was 25 years old and a chain drive. It was a Crafsman from sears and gave us good service for a long time, the remotes were replaced a few times and that was a downfall. Jim Todd was very nice and knew his stuff about openers. My wife and I are very satisfied with the new one so far and it so quit being a belt drive now. The new one from Precision has very nice features, light switch,child safety sensors on the floor by the door (FOR OUR GRANDCHILD,VERY IMPORTANT TO US. Jim Todd came to our home "EARLY" after a call from him and that was nice. So far my wife and and I would give Jim Todd and Precision Door 10 stars with the unit. Looking forward to a door that will give us GREAT SERVICE and we will recommend Precision to others in our area for there homes. Robert & Jil Methven
