I originally used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in 2009 to overhaul my garage door torsion springs, rollers, bearings, drums and cables and received a lifetime warranty. I called for a broken cable and ended up getting a door overhaul. Prices were much more expensive than my experience with other garage door repair companies and I have no idea if I did the right thing. Repair man was very nice.

I was impressed with the ease of the appointment process. The repair man, Tim, called and said he was running 30 minutes late due to an unexpected problem from a previous appointment. I appreciated the heads up. Both my doors were inspected and fixed. My main door needed a roller, I must admit I thought you could buy one from Home Depot, but the ones installed are much better quality. My door is opens with ease and sounds quiet. I will recommend Tim and your company to my friends and family. My only issue was the fuel surcharge was not disclosed during the appointment process.
