Precision was recommended to us by one of our neighbors. We were in a jam, as our garage door refused to open on a Sunday morning and we had absolutely no idea whom to call. The service technician showed up in 45 minutes (we were given a two-hour arrival time window). On a Sunday! Quick assessment of the problem and garage door was repaired in around 2 hours. This was awesome - we could barely open the door manually, and a car parked in the garage had to be moved out the following morning. Service technician was polite and efficient. Will definitely use again if needed and will highly recommend to others.

A lightning storm rendered my garage door opener inoperable so I called Precision and they came on Sunday to replace it. He did an excellent job and I am very satisified. I showed the opener to my neighbor and he said he is going to have his opener replaced with the belt drive also because of how quiet and smooth it operates.

Thank you for the excellent service and the very knowledgeable technician. He answered all of my many questions and was very helpful even though it was late on a snowy Sunday evening. I needed the door repaired because I am going out of town on business and did not want to leave it to my wife to have to have repaired. I am typically a do it yourself kind of guy but when it comes to a garage door spring, I leave it to the professionals. Your company was not the cheapest option but the 24 hr. service and all of the parts needed to repair the door, this was definitely the best option for me. The door works smoother and quieter after he balanced the springs and adjusted the opener. Thank you for your prompt and adequate service in our time of need. This was exactly what I expected as I used your company at my last house. You did not let us down. Thank you again.

Due to lightening strike we had to have a new opener installed. Ryan also performed an overhaul special, correcting our garage door itself. Ryan was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He also made sure we understood how the garage door opener worked and the programming of the remote key-less entry. My garage door had been giving me trouble for a few months and I knew I had to have it looked at. I had seen and heard the Precision Garage Door commercials on TV and radio and figured I'd give it a try. I called and was given an appointment for the next day. I explained I had that day off, and my request for same day service was honored. The technician took a look and explained that the door would need repaired and the pulleys and springs were shot. He demonstrated how the door was not working properly and what would be needed to repair it and the price. After I agreed, I wanted to give him the check right away. He told me to hold off to make sure I was satisfied with the service before paying. His work was fast and efficient, and when done, he explained again what he did and demonstrated how the door was now working well. He also have me the option of keeping the old parts or having him dispose of them, which I appreciated. Tom was very kind, polite and personable. I enjoyed talking with him. After leaving, he even came back and double checked something he thought he'd forgotten. Other than having to put out $619-OUCH!!, I was very happy with the service. The door is working beautifully and I will use Precision again, if needed and will recommend it to others. Thank you.
