I have never dealt with a company like Precision meaning they confirm the appointment, picture of individual doing the repair...more companies should have this feature. The next day Tim called stating he was on his way. He evaluated the situation and came up with two options and prices. We chose the higher one so it would totally fix our mechanism of the door and am very pleased with his work..it sounds like a brand new door. Excellent worker and would highly recommend Precision. Another excellent feature with Precision is they come with a totally equipped truck...didn't have to get the part and come back like most companies. As you can see I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We saw your advertisement for 24 hr emergency service in our Yellow Book. It was the coldest night of the year and our garage door was malfunctioning and would not close. You responded to our evening call and arrived at our house around 9 pm and corrected the problem in less than 30 (cold) minutes. We truly did get 5 star, friendly service!

I was impressed with the ease of the appointment process. The repair man, Tim, called and said he was running 30 minutes late due to an unexpected problem from a previous appointment. I appreciated the heads up. Both my doors were inspected and fixed. My main door needed a roller, I must admit I thought you could buy one from Home Depot, but the ones installed are much better quality. My door is opens with ease and sounds quiet. I will recommend Tim and your company to my friends and family. My only issue was the fuel surcharge was not disclosed during the appointment process.

Thank you for the excellent service and the very knowledgeable technician. He answered all of my many questions and was very helpful even though it was late on a snowy Sunday evening. I needed the door repaired because I am going out of town on business and did not want to leave it to my wife to have to have repaired. Every step of the process was 5 star, but a few items stood out. First, receiving a profile on the technician prior to the appointment was great. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, provide a comprehensive quote and complete the work in a professional manner.
