Your representative (David) did an excellent job of arriving on time, listening to my problem, explaining what he intended to do, and then doing it. He was very courteous and thorough. I was 100% satisfied with the work performed and would definitely use Precision again. In fact, 2-3 days later a neighbor (Mr. Clem Schneider) called to ask if we knew of a good door company and i strongly recommended you. He called and you did his door for him. Tim (I don't know the last name)gave excellent service! He was kind, knowledgeable, reviewed what he was doing with me before he did it, was respectful of me and my property and went above beyond. The time given to me was same day between 4 and 6 PM and he called at 2:30 PM and ask if he could come over now. I would call again for service and request Tim as his service was second to none.

I was very pleased with the work performed by your technicians George Rosso and Tim Kronenberger. Both men were very courteous and explained what they were doing throughout their visits. George diagnosed the problem as a weak spring and replaced several parts. This did not solve the problem and Tim returned the next day and replaced a control panel in the opener. Your appointment staff were very good in arranging appointments for both technicians. The door has worked well since the repairs were made. Thank you.

A lightning storm rendered my garage door opener inoperable so I called Precision and they came on Sunday to replace it. He did an excellent job and I am very satisified. I showed the opener to my neighbor and he said he is going to have his opener replaced with the belt drive also because of how quiet and smooth it operates.

New door looks good. I did find a dent in the door and you are replacing the panel, but it should have been discovered by the installer and they order a replacement. Not having me call and you look at the pictures to confirm it should be replaced.
