I came home from work one evening and my garage door cables broke in the process of closing. I attempted to close it but hand but was unable to manually close it. Since it was a very cold February night, I was hoping to get the door fixed as soon as possible. I called Precision at 7:30 PM and they said they could come out that night and fix it. One of their representatives called me at 9:00 and said he would be there in the next 30 minutes. Tim arrived and promptly fixed my garage door. He was friendly, professional and made sure everything worked properly prior to leaving. He replaced the cables and the rollers which were the root cause of the issue. The door now works great. Based on the quick response, the work done and the final product, I thought the cost was reasonable, This was my first experience with Precision and based on the experience I have rated them 5 stars for the service they provided to me.

I followed the suggestion of the service tech that I called out for repair of a broken spring and had my garage door replaced with a new one . The new door was made in the time frame I was told and the installer arrived when scheduled and the the installation went without a hitch . The employees were very professional , neat and courteous . I would recommend Precision door to others needing work with a doubt .

I was shocked to find, on the morning of New Year's eve,that my garage door opener was broken. I looked in the telephone directory and found the full page ad for Precision, noting that they were 'on call ' with a variety of service representatives. I called and was delighted to learn that a repairman could come between 10 and 12 that morning. Justin came ,after calling me when he was within 5 minutes of reaching my house. He assessed the damage and assured me that he could easily repair the opener, and he was able to open the door manually so that I could back my vehicle out of the way. I could not be happier with my new garage door opener or the service I received. I called at 8:00 on a Saturday night and they had someone at my home by 9:15. I needed a new opener because mine had broken just after I pulled into the garage and shut the door so I couldn't get out. Panicking I called them and they fixed everything and calmed me down. Glad I found them!!!

Spring snapped thanksgiving night ,ad George from precision come Friday to fix , ended up getting a 5 year warranty but paid very dearly for it. Was way more expensive than the last time I had work done for broken springs , that's why I bought the warranty because of the very dear price I paid but had to have it done. George did a quick and good job as far as I could tell

My 38 year-old solid two-car garage door needed a lot of much delayed maintenance work. Technician George Rosso arrived on-time, inspected my garage door and devised an honest and cost effective action plan. George completed the repairs and adjustments in a timely manner. Since the door had unique issues, George voluntarily returned a few days later to make sure the door was working properly without a charge. But my garage door developed a problem a week or so later. The company honored their warranty and dispatched George to make adjustments. I chose this company from the BBB website and I now understand how they earned the BBB's highest rating. Well done!

I'm giving 2 stars because it took them 2 1/2 weeks to let me know they couldn't perform the job unless my driveway was fixed. It's freezing outside, time is a pretty big factor. I really do appreciate the honesty which is a big reason I tried to be patient, but that answer should have been given to me on day one. Either tell me you can do the job or let me know you can't so I can get on with things and look else where.

Jason, the technician, arrived in a timely manner. He called in advance to tell me he was 10 minutes away from my neighborhood. More importantly, upon his arrival, he explained what was wrong with the garage door/ cable and proceeded with the repair. Afterwards he swept the debris and discarded it in the garbage can.

Precision actually scheduled an appointment and sent a service tech out a few months after the installation just to make sure everything was installed and working properly without me asking. It was, but they wanted to verify that everything was good. Who else does that? It made me feel good that I chose Precision even though I had lower bids when I was buying the garage door. They really are the best.
