New to the community and the house, I walked in off the street to your office hoping someone could come take a look at a 25 year old garage door and opening system. Your office staff was very professional and helpful. A service technician was able to make a service call on the same day and fix the door on the same day. We did request the work be split into two days and Marcus easily accommodated our scheduling needs. Marcus repaired an outdated opening system, replacing rollers, springs, a garage door opener & adding much needed safety equipment. We are very happy with how our garage door works now! Marcus was prompt, personal and professional. He is very knowledgeable of your product and what was needed to make the door operate more efficiently and what was needed to bring the door up to code. We would not hesitate to recommend your product and company.

I stupidly reset my garage door and none of the remotes worked. I rarely drive so the one day I use my car to go to work, I was in a jam. Big time. Aaron arrived early and did everything he could to get the garage opened and my remotes reprogrammed. He was friendly, professional, and didnt try to price gouge me. I'm normally skeptical of service techs and aaron was fair, honest, and did an excellent job. Thank you for coming to my aid and being awesome!

We called Precision for the repair because we had a coupon for your service, which I'd posted next to the door opener. Timothy came on time, was extremely courteous, and seems to have repaired the problem very satisfactorily. I don't think the rating "gorgeous" really describes our garage door, but we'd give five stars on the basis mentioned above.

I called a few places like Sears, Overhead Door, etc., to get some bids and timelines. Scheduling the appointment through the hotline was easy, but getting a price estimate was not. Call center person said somewhere between $75 and $175 for each spring, which would total between $150 and $350 ($200 dollar range) for both springs, plus a service call charge. I tried to get a more accurate estimate by providing the exact spring size currently on my door, and the rep responded "somewhere in the middle" which was disappointing, as it made bid comparison from other services impossible. I scheduled an appointment for a Sunday afternoon, and the technician called to say he was running and hour early, which was great! Tech explained the levels of service and pricing, $150 per spring which was more on the high-end of pricing than the "somewhere in the middle" the phone rep told me. There was also a $20 "energy surcharge" that the phone rep mentioned absolutely nothing about. Nonetheless, the tech did a quick, thorough and overall fantastic job with everything installed, tested and tightened in under an hour. I was very satisfied with the work, but the price was too high, considering a pair of springs is probably 50-60 bucks, also there were energy surcharges that the phone agent did not mention at the time of booking.
