It's really unbelievable how much was charged for a very simple spring repair. It looks like the job was done correctly, although I now have to re-adjust the openers to get correct travel from the doors. If the technician had spent as much time on the actual work as he did on trying to sell me everything that I really didn't need, my portion of the job (opener adjustment) may have been eliminated. I will never use this service again.

We spent years getting out of car to close garage door because door would go up but not down; previous serviceman said it could not be fixed. Precision took care of problem within 1/2 hr. Great service...highly recommend them.

Had a broken door brace-- pulled right out of the concrete ceiling on Sat. nite. The door was just hanging there. The repairman arrived @ 11 pm & had the door repaired before midnight. Thank you Precision for sending technician Marcus Martin to my house.He went to work immediately and explained everything in detail to me.Marcus installed new rollers and provided me with a new door opener.He also gave me a military discount after I showed him my military I.D. and he noticed my military license plate .A true gentleman.In the near future I will need a new garage motor. I will make sure that precision does the work along with Marcus Martin.
