They did a great job of removing and replacing the garage door and opener. The new door is beautiful and everything works really well and is extremely quiet. It is hard to tell that the door is really going up and down because it is sooo quiet.

The technician responded quickly and was very professional. He did a great job fixing our door, which would not go up when the weather turned cold. We had used other companies before, but Precision replaced the rollers with nylon, which has made our door go up and down more smoothly and quietly than ever before!

Justin had the 2nd garage door opener programmed and replaced the piece for the door to go all the way up! The wife and I can both park in the garage without the hassle of getting out and using the keypad and I don't have to worry about hitting the door with the top of my van when pulling in. Appreciated that your company responded to problem without insisting on time and a half like our previous dedicted Co. Citywide did ( they no longer will service our stores ).The door that was repaired did malfunction for a period of about an hour and a half by stopping half way down but has since functioned ok. Your website should make it simple to obtain the local repair #. Overall it took an extra day I assume to get parts but the door was repaired to my satisfaction

Very pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness by the telephone contact to my call on a Sunday. Technician came out later that afternoon!!!! I thought I would have to wait a few days, but no. Very courteous, efficient and reasonably priced service. The technician was very informative and professional. Repair done well, and the door works better than before. I believe the installer is relatively new to the company and he was not in the drop down menu below. His first name was John. John was very personable and he was very capable technician. John installed a new garage door opener and the remote keypad. The new opener is working great and we could not be happier with the service that was provided by John - he represented Precision Door Service in a very professional manner!

The garage opener malfunctioned at 6pm after a black out. I was able to call and talk to a human (much appreciated) and get a technician to come at 10:30pm. The responding technician Tim happened to be the one who installed it 2 years ago and was professional, efficient and pleasant. We have always appreciated Precision Service since they installed our garage door opener on the same day we made the request. They are easy to contact, are always available, courteous and have always worked with our non-conventional hours.

Tim Bernhardt arrived early for our appointment and he was immediately aware of what some of the problems were and within 1.5 hours the old rollers were replaced with sealed new ones. He replaced the cables (one had broken)with aircraft rated cables. He checked everything; the track and brackets, lubricated the hinges and checked the opener. His demeanor was professional, friendly, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Garage Door company to all. The service is professional and personal; the prices were within reason. Thank you for a great job!

The service performed was a checkup. The technician was on time and courteous. He adjusted the closing force on the door. When he left the door would not go down. The force was reduced to a point that initiation of closing the door caused the door to reverse and go back up. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get the door to close. I put a call in for the tech but managed to remedy the problem myself. My call was returned promptly but a return visit by the tech was unnecessary.

George came out to look at my original problem with the opener, gave me suggestions as well as tried options, but the only solution was to replace the opener. It was completed in a timely manner.
